Lots of good things to say for this one. Super easy, quick to make, hearty, healthy, filling… need more reasons to try?!
- 1 apple, chopped roughly
- 1 orange, peeled and chopped roughly
- 1 carrot, peel and chopped roughly
- 50 ml milk
- 50 ml water, or more, depending on the consistency you prefer.
If you want to make a meal out of this one, you could very well add ½ a cup of yogurt. Whiz together everything in a blender. You might want to pass it through a sieve but I somehow prefer the chunkiness of the smoothie without doing that. Serve and enjoy!
