Today’s one of those days when I feel like complementing my visit to the gym by having something healthy. Smoothie it is! I searched the fridge to see what I could put in the smoothie. Found some apples and plums and low-fat yogurt. Great. Whizzed one of each fruit with a generous dollop of yogurt with my hand blender. Kept the skin on, there’s a lot of healthy stuff in them too. And gave a pass to extra sugar. I added some milk to make it a little more fluid. Done! I know this a no-brainer-smoothie, but it’s delicious. And, look, a nice faint pink too!
